HOW IT WORKS

OLCIAS coordinates the introduction and session logistics. The expert remains responsible for professional judgment and for working within their qualifications and applicable rules.

We assess the scope, urgency, expert fit and whether a remote session is appropriate.

You see the proposed expert, session length, price, limitations and cancellation terms before paying.

Consent and secure payment
The session proceeds only after identity checks, required consent and payment confirmation.

Private one-to-one session
The session is not recorded by default and is not published as OLCIAS conference content.

Speaking at an OLCIAS event can support priority review, but it never replaces credential checks or create automatic approval.

OLCIAS conference speakers and One Live Talk contributors may move first into review because their subject knowledge and public presentation have already been observed. They must still complete every applicable verification step.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN

OLCIAS should protect consultation information with data minimisation, controlled access, appropriate technology and clear retention rules. Confidentiality may have limited exceptions where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address a serious safety concern.
No public broadcast
Consultations are separate from conferences and One Live Talk programmes.
No recording by default
Any recording would require a defined purpose and explicit agreement from all relevant parties.
Minimum necessary information
The first enquiry avoids records, reports and detailed health information.
Clear access and retention
Clients should be told who receives their information, why, where it is processed and how long it is retained.

A fee pays for the agreed professional time and facilitation. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, academic result, business outcome or resolution.
The price can vary by expert, subject, session length and preparation required. Before payment, the client should receive:
