Preventing Workplace Burnout: Join the Inaugural OLCIAS One Live Talk

Workplace burnout rarely begins with a formal diagnosis. It often develops gradually through declining concentration, emotional exhaustion, reduced resilience and difficulty recovering from sustained professional pressure.
On Tuesday, 27 October 2026, OLCIAS Live Conferences will launch its inaugural One Live Talk with an applied international session focused on preventing workplace burnout before professional capacity becomes seriously depleted.
Featured One Live Talk
Preventing Workplace Burnout: Practical Strategies for Resilience, Stress Regulation and High Performance
The session will be presented by Irina Oshchepkova, Corporate Well-Being, Resilience & High Performance Strategist and Founder of Yoga Shape.
Event details
Date: Tuesday, 27 October 2026
Time: 12:00 PM Brussels time—CET (UTC+1)
India: 4:30 PM IST
Format: Live online
Organiser: OLCIAS Live Conferences
About the session
Chronic workplace stress can affect concentration, decision-making, emotional regulation and professional performance long before burnout is formally recognised.
This practical session will explore how professionals can identify early signs of depletion and use short, accessible regulation practices during demanding working days.
Rather than approaching burnout only after it has developed, the talk focuses on prevention, recovery and sustainable performance. Participants will be introduced to practical breathing, movement and mindfulness-based techniques that can be incorporated into everyday professional routines.
A guided breathing and regulation exercise will also be included, allowing attendees to experience the techniques directly.
What participants will learn
By the end of the session, participants will be better prepared to:
recognise early physical, mental and emotional signs of depleted capacity;
understand how brief recovery and regulation practices can support resilience;
apply breathing, movement and mindfulness-based tools during the working day;
identify when and how to use these strategies in demanding professional situations; and
develop a more sustainable approach to workplace performance and well-being.
