Who are qualified to become Keynote Speaker/Speaker?

Depending on your educational qualification/expertise in the field, you may submit your abstract to be presented as a Keynote Speaker presentation/ Speaker Presentation/ organise session with 3-5 Speakers. We do not have a fixed criteria for educational qualification as there are always exceptions, but, as a standard procedure, a keynote speaker/speaker must be a doctorate/doctor's degree/doctoral degree holder with expertise in the field.

What is the complete procedure to present my talk at the conference?

The very first step is to send your abstract. To send your abstract please click here
Make sure you have checked the provided every mandatory details in the abstract in sequence 1. Title of the presentation 2. Author and Co-Authors (if any) 3. Current Designation 4. University/Company/Organisation/Society/or related information 5.Content of the presentation 6. Keywords 7. Biography (in 500 words approx. in the a paragraph in passive form)  8. Contact details 9. High definition profile photograph of the presenting speaker. These nine information is mandatory in the submitted abstract to proceed forward. Additionally, you may provide your social media details if you wish to get connected with us.

Once these details are submitted in the correctly, we will send you the confirmation email regarding your abstract acceptance within two working days. After confirmation, you need to register for the conference. Please click here and choose the conference that you wish to attend. We provide sponsorship and early bird offer, the details will be available on the conference registration page. In order to grab the offer, you must register at the earliest.

After the successful registration, you will receive every details regarding conference joining link, time of the conference start etc in case the conference is organised only virtually.
When the conference is hybrid (Virtual and in-person)-you will receive details like conference ticket which is mandatory to attend in-person conference. Additionally, you will receive conference online joining link and time.

If there will be any changes in start time of the conference, you will be notified in advance through your registered email id.

Where do I see my details as a confirmed participant in the conference?

Go to the particular conference page. You will see that there will be a flyer which will display your information provided during abstract submission.
If will mention you as a Keynote Speaker/Speaker/Session/E-Poster/Research Scholar/Student presentation etc.

If your details are not there, you need to contact us at least 10 days prior to the conference date.

Where do I see details regarding conference presentation timing and other schedule?

We keep posting details related to every speaker's presentation schedule on our Scientific Program Page as tentative program. Once the program is finalised which is 10 days prior to the conference start date, you will find details of every confirmed participant and timings. Click here to go to scientific program page

How will I present my talk during the virtual live conference?

After you have registered for the conference under appropriate category, you will receive the conference joining link and start time in the inbox of your registered email id. There may be change in conference start timings, you need to check our scientific program before 2-3 to get a sense of confirmed conference schedule. Click here to go to scientific program page. The link that you have received will take you to the conference meeting link. We usually use Zoom as the online platform. The conference meeting link will be active 15 minutes before the start of the conference start time during which you may check your mike, speakers and camera. If you have any difficulty, please request for help in the zoom meeting chat box and one of use will help you at the earliest.

Unstable internet connectivity/unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances

We request every speakers to provide a complete recorded video presentation of the talk in advance. It is important in case your cannot attend the conference as per the schedule, unable to attend due to any reasons, unstable internet connectivity or whatever may be the reason. It is always good to be prepare for the adversity.

In case, if any speaker fail to attend the conference before it ends on the scheduled day and he/she has not submitted recorded video presentation, then in that case no free registration/waivers or any special treatment will be provided to the participant. In certain case, the participant may also be blacklisted to ever attend scientific events organised by us.

Problem during virtual live conferences

You may face issues with your mike, speakers or internet connectivity so we have already suggested you to submit a complete pre-recorded video of your presentation.
Sometimes you may face issues with screen share. For any kind of uncertainty you may share your file to us us and we will share it on your behalf. To change any slides during presentation, you only need to say 'NEXT' and you may efficiently concentrate on your talk.

If you wish to share it yourself and facing any difficulty, please stay calm and let us know of the issue so that we can provide every possible assistance.

Conference Recordings

We record every conferences and every presentation that we organise. We also have every rights to make the conference proceedings available on our every social media without any claim. Most of our recorded presentation are already available on our conference website and YouTube channel  . But we do consider special request if the speaker does not wish his/her presentation to be made available online post conference due to various reasons.

The conference recording will help you see presentations that you have missed and if you have any questions, you may ask it on conference's dedicated Discussion Portal 

Our speakers will answer your query at their earliest convenience.

These recording will also help our students learn and take note from it.
Usually, we upload every conference presentation within 3 working days on our YouTube channel. We request you to subscribe it in advance for notifications and like the video to motive us for our efforts.
The recordings are 
available on YouTube as an experiment and can be removed without any prior notification. It might later be available exclusively for our conference members, registered participants and attendees

Discussion Portal and Join Group, Importance

We do have existing and upcoming dedicated Discussion Portal which is accessible at free of cost for everyone till limited period. In the group, you will find every detail of the conference past, present and upcoming. You may ask and discuss any questions. You may also message or chat here in case email, calling WhatsApp and other means of communication is not working between us. You may suggest conferences, sessions, tracks, vote for best speakers etc. You may also access waiver and other benefits as it comes during the course.

Certificates

Every registered participants and attendees who will be present during the conference for at least 70% of the sessions duration will receive certificate in respective categories. The certificates will be emailed in the registered email id within 3 working days. We send a lot of certificates during that time so please do check your spam if you do not receive every post conference document within 3 working days.

Registration cancellation/Refunds

We only process refunds in case of the conference getting cancelled. We are a non-government and  non-profitable organisation and whatever revenue we generate through registrations we use it for inviting more participants and attendees through various channels of sponsorships and awards.
In case you cannot attend due to any reasons, you may submit your video presentation. However, you may also choose to transfer your paid registration for any of our upcoming scientific events by informing us at least 10 days before the start of the intended event of your choice.
