Abstract: Over the last few years, the challenges of global pandemic, political instability, and the cost-of-living crisis have impacted the work culture. Fancy coffee machine and free cookies in the office is no longer an indicator of a caring employer. 41% of people are considering leaving their employer, and it takes 20%-200% of an employee’s annual salary to hire a replacement.
How to create and maintain a supportive and fulfilling work environment? How to ensure that the workplace makes people feel needed and connected, all rowing in the same direction? How to encourage people to contribute more actively to the company’s goals and performance?
A holistic well-being program including yoga, mindfulness and meditation and adapted to the corporate environment can ensure retention, increase job satisfaction, boost productivity and company performance. 67% of companies with wellness programs in place have more satisfied employees.
This presentation focuses on yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices easily implementable in the corporate environment and provides examples of certain tools and techniques. It will benefit both the team members and the team leads.
